數位時代的廣播媒體正面臨著許多挑戰與機會。新的傳輸方式和接收設備改變了傳統廣播的面貌。網際網路在沒有時空的限制下,將訊息傳送到全世界,更可提供客製化的服務。廣播媒體因網路而更具有吸引力及競爭力。 Nedio星際電台是台灣第一個校園網路電台。自九十一年起各校園電台陸續提供線上收聽服務。目前在台灣有十二個校園網路電台。 本研究依各校園網路電台之節目表將廣播節目內容歸納為九大類,加以整理分析。另將網站內容依資訊性、服務性、互動性三個構面,加以討論,嘗試勾勒出校園網路電台之全貌。 根據研究發現研究者提出建議如下:1.校園網路電台仍有極大的發展空間;2.電台節目編排策略必須明確;3.校園電台可作為新型態音樂或新人之實驗場所;4.創意網站設計可提高點擊率;5.On-demand服務,將會是未來趨勢。
Radio in the age of digital technology is facing new challenge and opportunity. The new form of transmission and device is changing the look it was. The internet is the first mass medium to provide instant dissemination, worldwide reach, and customization. Radio medium becomes more attractive and competitive. Nedio was the first internet-only campus radio station which was established by the Club of Mass Communication at National Taiwan University. There are twelve campus radio stations offering on-line listening in Taiwan today. This research examines program contents of the campus radio on website. Nine categories based on program list have been established. In addition, three dimensions- information, service, and interactive are discussed according to website content of the campus radio. The final suggestions are as follows: 1.There is a spacious space for campus radio development. 2. The strategies of programming should be defined and effective. 3. Campus radio can be severed as a test market for new genres of music and artist trying to break into the radio market. 4. The creative design of website may increase the click rate 5. The on-demand service will be the trends in future.
