The study has resorted to story dram as the instructional media to investigate the transformation process of emotional response for traumatic children, and the subject of study is of the children who suffered from impact of 88 waterflood at Linbian Township of Pintung County. The researcher has based on ”observation outline” produced with literature, and made use of story drama to design a set of teaching activities, which will be conducted of instruction once a week for a period of four weeks. The study will observe the impact of emotional response from children during instruction, and it is assisted with film recording, sound recording, and literatures as it resorts to triad verification to inspect the objectivity of observation. Results of the study are: sense of trust among children is built up during the process of activity and lower the mental trauma of children, so that they are willing to learn knowledge on their own and won't be intimidated by difficult things. Thus, emotion is turned from negative into positive. In addition, it has also helped establish favorable interaction among children. Based on the above-mentioned study results, this study will put forth related suggestions focusing on practitioners of education and future researchers.
