摘要

深圳是中國東南沿海珠江三角洲地區早期開放的重鎮之一，並肩負著中國在1978年後開始的經濟改革開放的區域經濟發展中心的任務。雖然整體中國珠江三角洲區域存在著許多的城市，至目前為止，做為區域經濟成長導向的分析構面個案上，整體的城市群發展，仍是以深圳地區持續受到討論與關注。基於發展型國家的角度，本文從透過歷史發展分析的角度結合地理空間經濟發展理論印證的尺度，分析深圳的發展歷程，並透過深入訪談當地官商，就當前以深圳為核心的地區發展，所面臨的課題進行檢視。本文的目的旨在從深圳做為區域增長中心的觀點，檢視在國家發展政策為指導下，以深圳作為中國珠江三角洲地區，改革開放以來的經濟成長中心的意象脈絡，透過探討深圳三十年來的發展分析，以瞭解深圳成功發展的要素。並從訪談資料檢視目前整體區域空間內所存在的問題，探討分析深圳做為「珠江三角洲經濟圈」的區域發展中心的功能性任務上，在如何持續保有其成長發展的基準上，面對目前所可能的面臨的挑戰與問題。

Shenzhen, one of the China cities early opening, as the Chinese economic reform and opening up began in 1978, they task the Regional Economic Development Center. Although the overall Chinese Pearl River Delta area are many cities, so far as the regional economic growth-oriented analysis of cases on the dimensions of the overall development of urban agglomerations is still subject to discussion and concern the most in Shenzhen.Based on the developing countries point of view, combined with geospatial Theory of Economic Development confirmed the scale from the perspective through the analysis of the historical development of the analysis of the course of development in Shenzhen, through in-depth interviews with local officials and businessmen on the current development of Shenzhen as the core areas are facing View topics.The purpose of this paper aims as a regional growth center from Shenzhen perspective view under the guidance of national development policies, Shenzhen as the Pearl River Delta region of China, the context of economic growth since the reform and opening up the center of the image, through explore Shenzhen three decades development analysis, in order to understand the elements of successful development in Shenzhen. View from the interview data currently exist within the overall regional spatial problems, explore of Shenzhen as the functional tasks of the Centre for Regional Development of the Pearl River Delta economic circle ”in its growth and development, how to keep the benchmark on the face of the current may face challenges and difficulties.
