本研究旨在探討公部門住宅業務人員工作壓力的現況,以及與工作壓力反應有關聯的各項壓力源。經編製問卷並設計量表,就內政部營建署及六直轄市住宅機關人員進行普查,計發放問卷342份,回收294份(85%),有效問卷271份。研究發現在工作壓力的各項構面上,壓力水準以來自工作中的住宅補貼與社會住宅業務為最高。另以多元迴歸分析發現工作壓力反應關聯的因素,包括有教育程度、工作層面的共同工作特性、個人層面的角色模糊、角色負荷、角色衝突、組織層面的人際關係、以及結構層面的網絡合作等;這些因素都造成住宅業務人員的工作壓力反應,而產生如心理困擾、疲勞感及減效出席等現象,而整體模型解釋力並且達54.9%。本文就研究發現意涵進行討論,並提出對於實務工作上的改善建議。
The purposes of this study is to examine the current situation of work stress as well as the related factors of work stress for the governmental housing administrative staff in Taiwan. A questionnaire with measurement of work stress was created, and census for all the staff on housing administrative affairs affiliated with Ministry of Interior and six metropolitan governments, was conducted. A total of 342 questionnaires was distributed for the target population, with 294 retrieved (85%) and 271 analyzed. We found that the high level of work stress comes from the work domains of both "rental subsidy" and "social housing." Also, using a multiple regression model, with adjusted R-squared 0.549, we found 7 significant factors associated with the work stress for the governmental housing administrative staff. Finally, the implications for those findings are discussed in order to provide suggestions for the housing policy improvements and for the future research directions.
