The main purpose of the research is to integrate human rights education issues into English songs in teaching and to teach the three core concepts of "freedom", "respect" and "equality" in human rights education. Through dialogue with students during the teaching process, and the feedback from the worksheet after teaching, to explore the perceptions and attitudes of the sixth-grade elementary school students towards the concept of human rights. This study took 20 students from a 6th-grade class of an elementary school in Chiayi City as the research object. They were taught twice a week for a total of 7 weeks. Songs teaching were integrated into the human rights education curriculum activity plan as a reference for future curriculum design. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) The teaching of English songs has improved the human rights attitude of elementary school students. (2) English song teaching has improved the learning motivation of elementary school students.
