摘要

頂尖運動員由於在年輕時專注於訓練、為國爭光，但在選手時期缺乏生涯規劃以及吸收相關資訊，常在褪下一身光環後常不知何去何從。本研究之主要研究目的在於瞭解國內優秀羽球運動男子甲組代表隊成員的生涯規劃，經由訪談法、文獻分析，針對本研究之不同個案成員之生涯規劃進行描繪、比較與階段認定。而研究方法之嚴謹性與研究結果之外在推論列為本研究之限制。
經由研究結果，可得知研究各案相同之處在於：1.厚植自身能力：持續進修。2.不自我侷限，將銀行作為可靠的職業依歸。3.身為正式行員，可無後顧之憂的投注訓練。相異之處在於，由於生涯階段發展之入行動機、現況生活、未來藍圖等因素，而產生規劃的差異。而本研究之各案年資由深至淺，分別處於生涯規劃之現實期的專業化階段、試驗期之綜合階段、試驗期之價值階段。

Top athletes often concentrate on training, but lack learning information about career planning. After retiring, athletes don't usually know what job to do. The purpose of this study is to understand the attitude about career planning of the male players sponsored by the Taiwan Cooperative Bank. The methods applied on this study are interview and documental analysis. The study is to describe, to compare the player's career planning, and to suppose the player's phases of career planning.
The research result presents that the same points of these cases are: 1. Develop abilities by studying. 2. Don't put bounds to careers, and the work of bank is reliable. 3. Concentrating on training. The different points depend on the motivations, present life conditions, future plans. Cases of this study are in different phases of career planning, which are specification of realistic phase, transition of tentative phase, and values of tentative phase.
