有氧舞蹈課程學員工作壓力、效能、調適策略及涉入程度之研究

A Study of the Relationships among Work Stress, Efficacy, Coping Strategy and Involvement: An Example of Aerobic Dance Participants

摘要


本研究目的在於探討有氧舞蹈課程學員工作壓力、效能、調適策略及涉入程度之關係。以屏東縣市參與有氧舞蹈運動課程的上班族為研究對象,採立意抽樣方法進行問卷調查,回收有效問卷375 份。透過SPSS 18.0 for Windows 統計軟體,採用描述性統計及多元階層式迴歸等統計方法進行分析。研究結果發現:1.工作壓力、效能、調適策略可顯著預測涉入程度,但工作壓力無法顯著預測涉入程度之重視性;2.工作壓力、效能、調適策略可預測涉入程度之社交性;3.工作壓力、效能、調適策略皆可顯著預測涉入程度之關注性。建議在未來課程的設計上,除了聘任具專業能力的教練來滿足學員的舞蹈技巧和能力外,對於課程設計上應重於心靈及情緒上面的舒緩課程。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among work stress, efficacy, coping strategy and involvement of aerobic dance participants. The respondents of this study were office workers participating in courses of aerobic dance in Pingtung County. A purposive sampling method was used and a total of 375 valid surveys were collected. The statistical software of SPSS for Windows18.0 was applied for data analysis. Statistical methods of descriptive statistics and multiple hierarchical regression analysis were used to analyze the collected data. Findings showed that (a) work stress, efficacy and coping strategy could significantly predict involvement. However, work stress couldn't significantly predict "importance" dimension related to involvement; (b) work stress, efficacy and coping strategy could significantly predict "social" dimension of involvement; and (c) work stress, efficacy, and coping strategy could significantly predict "attentiveness" dimension of involvement. It is suggested that the aerobic dance courses should be instructed by the professional instructors for the purpose of enhancing participants' skills and focus on buffering participants' spiritual and emotional stress.
