探討足球影像助理裁判對比賽判決之影響

背景：現今足球運動發展日漸俱全，足球競賽規則也極力修訂更完善條款來符合現代足球快速及高張力高等級之賽事，而足球運動中裁判和選手與教練之間，處於一種相互對立的微妙關係，但是裁判執法過程依然存在誤判或改判等判罰問題。目的：如何降低裁判的誤判，減少賽場中疑慮與爭議，讓比賽能更加公平與公正，一直是足球及各項賽事想要達成的目標。方法：本文首先就影像助理裁判發展作探討回顧，接著針對2017年國際足總所主辦的聯合會盃檢視判決的各項條例爭議事件並加以說明，最後探討影像助理裁判系統對於足球發展的現況及影響。結語：影像助理裁判系統是足球革命性的引入與未來發展課題，是否將造成裁判執法上的公信力降低，連帶影響球員及球隊上戰術策略應用，或許影像助理裁判應該只是扮演著改善糾正裁判的錯誤，但這對於未來足球所帶來的改變，非常值得持續關注。

Background: Nowadays the development of soccer comes to completeness. The game rules are frequently amended in order to match the fastness and intensity of nowadays games. However, there is a confrontational relationship among referees, players and managers and there are still misjudgments or judgments changed right away that exist in the games. Purposes: focuses on how to reduce wrong judgments, doubts and disputes in order to create fairer games is the crucial goal for soccer sport. Methods: the article discusses the history of Video Assistant Referee (VAR) and then we examine and explain disputes about referees' decision in Confederation Cup and last we will discuss the influence of VAR system to the development of soccer games and the future. In conclusion, VAR system is the revolutionary novelty and will be the crucial issue for the future soccer development. Whether VAR system will reduce the referees' credibility that directly influences the application of strategies for players or teams is important. Maybe VAR system should only play a role that corrects referees' mistakes but this changes for the future soccer is worth paying attention to.
