探索教育實地實務課程對大學生參與行為模式之研究

The Exploring Research on Participation Behavior Model of College Students in Education Field Practice Course

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解探索教育實地實務課程對大學生參與行為之影響,並採用量化問卷普查方式進行,針對本母體系別於107學年至108學年「體驗與冒險教育學程」必選修課程學生為對象,於108年9月至109年3月完成正式問卷回收,共計發放265份問卷,實得有效問卷254份(95.84%),並以SPSS 20.0進行統計分析與檢定,利用LISREL 8.52進行驗證性因素分析及結構方程模式(SEM),以最大概似估計法(Maximum Likelihood Estimation)對模式中各組構面變項因果關係進行估計。經實證研究顯示,大學生的知覺風險顯著地直接影響知覺價值,顯著地間接影響行為意圖;大學生的知覺效益顯著地直接影響知覺價值,顯著地間接影響行為意圖;大學生的知覺價值顯著地直接影響行為意圖;而參與者相較關注身體風險、團隊凝聚力、新奇性價值、合作行為等議題。自然野地執行實地實務課程,教授老師或支援教練須面對許多課前的準備與執行中風險承擔,因此,即使被動參與者也因該有基本風險認知。

The purpose of this research is to understand the impact of the field practice courses of exploration education on the participation behavior of college students, and use a quantitative questionnaire survey method to target students in the required elective courses of the "Experience and Adventure Education Program" from the 107 to 108 academic years. , Completed the formal questionnaire collection from September 108 to March 109. A total of 265 questionnaires were distributed, and 254 valid questionnaires (95.84%) were obtained. SPSS 20.0 was used for statistical analysis and verification, and LISREL 8.52 was used for confirmatory factors. Analysis and structural equation model (SEM), using Maximum Likelihood Estimation (Maximum Likelihood Estimation) to estimate the causality of each group of facet variables in the model. Empirical research shows that the perceived risk of college students directly affects perceived value and behavior intention indirectly; the perceived benefit of college students significantly directly affects perceived value and behavior intention indirectly; the perceived value of college students directly affects behavior significantly Intention; and participants pay more attention to issues such as physical risk, team cohesion, novelty value, and cooperative behavior. In the implementation of field practice courses in the wild, teachers or supporting coaches have to face many pre-class preparations and implementation risks. Therefore, even passive participants should have basic risk perceptions.
