大學導師親自參與體育活動以提升班級凝聚力之初探

A preliminary exploration of the university tutor personally participating in physical education activity to enhance class cohesion

摘要


我國高等教育以學生本位為方針,但仍設有班級編制,顯見群體學習與團體生活教育具其意義及價值。就班級經營而言,導師扮演著最重要的角色,導師之領導能力與班級凝聚力之經營息息相關,不僅直接影響班級氣氛,更關係著學生的學習興趣;而導師若能身體力行與學生共同參與各項團體體育活動,更有助於班級凝聚力之形成與領導效能之顯著提升。本研究彙整相關文獻資料,就大學導師親自參與團體體育活動,對班級凝聚力之促進與班級經營之影響進行探討。研究內容包括體育活動之意義與功能、班級凝聚力之內涵、學校體育運動之功能與重要性、導師親自參與之意義與價值。經由文獻探討結果,體育活動之功能為產生團體默契、展現學生之特質與能力、學生間交互依賴發揮所長、產生互助合作之精神、增加彼此交流時間;導師親自參與並進行支持、協助、關懷與指導;兩者交互作用下可顯著產生班級凝聚力,有助於提升教師之領導效能與促進學生多元、全人發展的目標。

In our country higher education was based on the student-oriented policy. But, there was still a class organization, which clearly showed that group learning and group life education had its significance and value. Regarding class management, a university tutor played the most important role. The leadership of the university tutor was closely related to class cohesion because it directly influences not only the class atmosphere but also the students' learning interest and effectiveness. If the university tutor could participate in physical education activity in person, it helped form class cohesion and significantly boost the leadership effectiveness. This research aimed to study through literature review the enhance of class cohesion and class management effectiveness, as the university tutor participated in team sports competition, including the meaning and function of physical education and activity, the connotation of class cohesion, the function and significance of school physical education activity, and the meaning and value of personal involvement of the university tutor. The result showed the function of physical education activity was to generate team tacit knowledge and understanding, show individual personality and ability of students, dependence and trust amongst students, and increase their interaction. When the university tutor was involved and provided support in person, it significantly enhanced class cohesion. Therefore, these helped boost the teacher's leadership effectiveness and the goal of all round development of students.
