探討臺灣企業足球聯賽之賽事制度
Discussing the competition system of Taiwan Corporate Football League
摘要
本研究旨在探討臺灣企業甲級和臺灣乙級足球聯賽的賽事制度，並回顧其歷史演進。研究目的分為國內聯賽所扮演的角色，以及其教練和選手資格之規範訂定探究。本文採用參與觀察法及彙整比賽資訊來進行分析。研究結果顯示，臺灣企業甲級聯賽經長時間發展，各隊之間實力差距亦日漸拉近，因此產生良好的競爭力，而乙級聯賽也步入軌道並逐步成長，持續衝擊著足壇，並為臺灣足球的進步與發展做出了貢獻。另外，教練資格提高和選手相關規範等政策能進一步促使聯賽水平的提升。而在外籍選手的加入，可間接提升國內選手並保有相互刺激效應，亦可增添比賽可看度及提高聯賽曝光度。另外，外籍選手人數也配合國際賽規定的限制，讓各隊在國內聯賽就能較適應國際賽之模式，因此研究結果呈現甲乙級聯賽是制度化的發展關鍵，並且反映出不斷成長的趨勢，上述結果可為未來臺灣企業甲級和臺灣乙級足球聯賽發展，提供有價值的參考。

The purpose of this study is to examine the match system of Taiwan Football Premier League (TFPL) and Taiwan Second Division Football League and to review their historical evolution. The purpose of the research is divided into the role played by domestic leagues and the establishment of standards for the qualifications of coaches and athletes. This essay uses participant observation method and Competition information integration to analyze. The results of the study show that the Taiwan Football Premier League (TFPL) has developed over time, and the gap between the strengths of the teams has gradually narrowed, resulting in good competitiveness, while the Taiwan Second Division Football League has also stepped into the track and gradually grown, and has continued to impact the football world, and contributed to the progress and development of football in Taiwan. In addition, policies such as raising the qualifications of Coaches qualification and Athletes norms will further enhance the league's standard. The addition of foreign athletes will indirectly promote domestic athletes and provide mutual stimulation, as well as increase the popularity of matches and exposure of the league. In addition, the number of foreign athletes also complies with the restrictions of international competitions, allowing teams in domestic leagues to better adapt to the international competition model. Therefore, the research results show that the Taiwan Football Premier League (TFPL) and Taiwan Football League second Division are the key to institutional development and exhibits a growing trend. The above results can provide valuable reference for the future development of Taiwan Football Premier League (TFPL) and Taiwan Second Division Football League.
