封閉式超音波距離感測器之專利分析

Patent Review of Closed Type Ultrasonic Sensors

摘要


本研究以車用封閉式超音波感測器為研究對象,利用聲學理論探討超音波之產生與傳遞行為。本文首先對超音波感測器的結構作-概述,其次以共振頻率、指向性、音源強度與殘響時間等四項工作指標為依據,針對近年來相關的超音波感測器專利進行分析,說明其設計理念與改進之處。最後列表總結不同專利在四項指標上之差異與貢獻,並對未來超音波感測器設計提出建議。

Closed type ultrasonic sensors which have been used widely in cars to detect obstacles within close range are examined. Generation and propagation of ultrasonic waves from the sensors are studied in this paper. The structures of the closed type ultrasonic sensor are briefly introduced. Resonance frequency, directivity, source level, and reverberation time are used as the performance indices. Relevant patents are reviewed and analyzed according to these four indices to explain the core design concepts. Comparisons of relevant patents are summarized to provide a guideline for future design of the closed type ultrasonic sensors.
