具渦流產生器之薄圓盤熱傳研究

摘要


本研究自行研製一部使用微電腦控制角度與位置之三角形渦流產生器並加裝攝影設備與資料擷取系統,針對置於平板上之單一薄圓盤,藉改變渦流產生器之位置與角度等參數,探討在不同實驗參數下對流場與溫度分佈情形之影響,藉此可求得各種圓盤式電子元件與渦流產生器的最佳的角度、置放位置與幾何形狀之配合。此實驗結果,將可增強圓盤式電子元件之熱傳性能。

In this project, a mechatronical flow field visualization tester with CCD and data acquisition system is used to investigate the effects of experimental parameters, such as angle and geometry of vortex generator and flow velocity of fluid, on the distribution of flow field and temperature of the thin circular disk. By using this tester, the relationship between various electronic components and optimum angle and position of vortex generator are obtained. The experimental results would be able to improve the performance of electroni cooling.
