物流中心整合式揀貨與分流道管理策略之研究

摘要

揀貨作業佔物流中心成本很大的部分，因此降低揀貨作業的成本，成為物流中心營運管理的要項。然而，現今物流中心的揀貨作業並未與分流道控制策略結合。因此本研究結合揀貨作業與分流道控制，並經實驗證明此設計可以減少總揀貨完成時間，降低了揀貨作業成本。

The cost of order picking was in a large ratio of DC's cost. So, it is important to reduce the cost of order picking. However, the order picking activities has not combine to the distribution path. Hence, this study provides the integration of order picking and strategic management of distribution path. By experiment to prove that this design can reduce the total order picking finish time interval, and reduce the cost of order picking.
