靜壓軸承之單向薄膜節流器特性參數之鑑別

摘要


本文以實驗方法鑑別薄膜節流器之節流參數及薄膜變形係數,探討此型節流器補壓靜壓軸承工作壓力的特性,實驗使用自行開發的節流係數測量儀,其構造近似1種開式靜壓軸承的工作平台,用來校準及量測節流器進口壓力、出口壓力及流量,使實驗量測的流量與鑑別計算的流量誤差平方最小的聯立方程式求解,得以鑑別薄膜節流器參數。由於單向薄膜節流器之設計構造使兩個參數均隨供壓而變,因此再以最小誤差方法由參數鑑別值,得到供壓函數的多項式回歸係數。

This paper studies identification method for restriction parameter and deformation parameter of membrane for single-action membrane-type restrictors. A worktable mounting on open-type hydrostatic bearing is designed for the calibrations and the measurements of the inlet pressure, the outlet pressure, and flow rate for the restrictors. Solving combined equations due to minimizing the difference between measured flow and identified flow gives restrictor parameters. Further, the method of least square error is used to regress the polynomials coefficients of supplied pressures.
