建構品質文件管理系統之研究－以半導體封裝廠為例

摘要

半導體封測產業的獲利關鍵，在於交貨能力以及具有競爭力的價格。在面對眾多競爭廠商壓低單價的情形下，要保持其原本的競爭優勢，必須提昇產品在生產過程中品質異常分析與改善的速度，才能滿足客戶在產品品質與交貨期限的要求。對於公司以往曾經產生的品質異常報告，若能應用資料倉儲、文件檔案管理等方法，予以收集儲存並加以分類，便可協助處理人員或新進人員在遇到品質異常時快速找出產品異常的原因及解決方案，此將有助於後續提升產品良率與縮短交期。本研究擬針對廠商原本的品質異常報告，進行品質異常關鍵辭彙篩選，而後將品質異常報告歸屬於適當的關鍵辭彙群組中；建立相關的資料表儲存報告檔案的摘要性資訊，以便使用者可以做快速的文件內容檢索。根據本研究所提的文件管理架構，各工程師所撰寫的報告不再分散由各人管理，也不再因人員的離職而消失；新進人員可快速並完整的取得所有相關異常之報告，不再需要花費大量時間逐一單位詢問，而且可以完整地參考以往品質異常的處理方式，以有效利用過去的品質異常解決經驗。此管理系統有助於公司節省資源並且縮短處理時程，進而提昇公司的獲利能力，奠定公司的競爭優勢。

The profit of the semiconductor packaging industry relies on competitive price and on-time delivery. Due to low price marketing strategies, companies need to enhance problem-solving ability and reduce quality exception processing time for improvement to meet customers' requirements in quality assurance and on-time delivery so that companies can retain competitive. In this paper, key vocabularies are extracted from existing quality exception handling reports, and those reports are classified into groups based on the above key vocabularies. Next, a table which stores summary information from the reports is established to help users rapidly search information. With implementing of files management system for the quality exception improvement reports, the useful information would no longer be scattered around the departments and this problem-solving knowledge wouldn't get lost due to staff turnover. New employees can access relevant reports quickly and thoroughly to find the solutions from the quality exception handling reports; therefore, this file management system can save the searching time and provide valuable references from previous engineering experiences. Especially, when similar quality abnormality occurs, trial and error efforts as well as resource waste could be reduced, quality improvement and quick delivery could be more easily made since the solutions are already existed and recorded in the reports. Thus, by means of this file management system, the profitability and competitiveness for the companies could be enhanced.
