利用多階層協商機制探討產品協同設計衝突問題

Using Multi-Stage Negotiation Approach to Resolve the Conflict Problem of Product Collaborative Design

摘要


近年來由於全球化經濟市場結構的急遽變化,企業的競爭策略已經轉型為以顧客需求為導向的產品設計與製造策略。因此,制訂一套分散式產品協同設計運作機制是必要的,進而有效達成企業中心廠、客戶與供應商之間的產品設計;藉此縮短新產品開發設計的時間,提昇企業競爭力。透過協商可以有效的處理複雜的設計流程以及設計過程中產生的衝突問題,但是在考慮設計鏈中設計者之間的流程架構時,已無法透過傳統的雙邊協商來進行。因此,本研究以多階層協商架構為主,模擬具備立場強弱差異的協商參與者採取不同的協商戰術來達成產品的各項設計規範,並針對現今台灣產業中客戶、製造廠與供應商之間的產品合作開發模式發展三種不同的協商順序流程架構,最終找出十三種的三方強弱組合最佳的協商模式以及協商戰術的組合,探討製造廠在協商過程中的效益變化以及分析各協商戰術帶來的影響,藉此研究結果可作為企業進行協同設計時的參考依據。

In recent years, the competitive strategy of enterprise has been transformed into the customer oriented demand for product design and manufacturing strategies due to rapid changes in the global economy. Therefore, developing an operating mechanism of the distributed and collaborative design is necessary, which can help the enterprise exchange the information between customer and supply chain system effectively and accurately, so as to shorten the design time and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise. As we all know that negotiation can effectively handle complicated design processes and overcome their conflicts. However, a traditional bilateral negotiation cannot resolve the problem occurred among the members in their design chain. Therefore, this research simulates the multi-stage negotiation among the participants with different standpoint strengths and tactics in order to achieve the agreement of all the product design specifications. In addition, we develop three different kinds of negotiation sequence models for product collaborative design among customer, manufacturer, and supplier. Finally, we identify 13 kinds of combinations with various standpoint strengths and negotiation tactics to study their effects on the manufacturer. We believe that the result of this research can provide a reference for the collaborative design of an enterprise.
