臺灣人赴大陸就業的工作滿意度決定因素之研究

A Study on the Determinants of Job Satisfaction for Taiwanese Employment in China

摘要


中國大陸推出許多優惠措施,使得臺灣人赴陸就業創業研究日益受到重視。過去已有臺灣青年就業創業的相關研究,但缺乏探討臺灣人赴大陸就業工作滿意度的實證研究。本研究根據相關文獻與參訪臺商,得知臺灣人赴陸就業工作滿意度有八大類可能的決定因素,之後搜集155份問卷進行分析,發現八項研究假設有七項成立。在個人有關的因素中,「個人條件與特質」的積極與配合度、創新能力、比同儕優秀,「赴陸就業意願」的機會與成長、薪資與支持及福利與晉升,「個人基本資料」的職位、被派遣意願,在「大陸就業環境」中的政府與生活,及就業公司的「公司經營績效」、「公司人力制度」及「公司福利制度」的補助等是赴大陸就業工作滿意度成功的決定因素。故臺灣人赴陸必需先檢視自己所具有的條件與人格特質,對大陸就業環境的接受度及就業公司的制度與經營績效等因素,才有機會在赴大陸就業後感到滿意。

Due to the many preferential policies introduced by the Mainland China, Taiwanese people's employment and entrepreneurship in mainland China have been paid more attention. Although there have been empirical studies on Taiwanese youth employment and entrepreneurship in the past, there is a lack of empirical research on the job satisfaction of Taiwanese people in Mainland China employment. Based on relevant literature and visiting Taiwanese businessmen, this study induced that there are eight possible determinants of job satisfaction for Taiwanese employment in mainland China. After collecting 155 samples for verification and analysis, it is found that seven of the eight research hypotheses are supported. Among the factors related to individuals, "personal conditions and characteristics" are highly active and cooperative, have innovative capabilities, and are also better than their peers. The opportunities and growth of "willingness to work in mainland China", salary and support, and benefits and promotion, "personal "Basic Information" has a high position and a high willingness to be dispatched. The government and life in the "Mainland Employment Environment" and the employment company if the "company management performance", "company personnel system" and "company welfare system" subsidies are the determinants of job satisfaction in China. Therefore, Taiwanese must first examine their own conditions and personality traits, acceptance of the Mainland China employment environment, and the company's system and operating performance before they have a chance to satisfy in employment.
