Zigbee為基礎之行動導覽器及互動導覽之設計實作與安全需求

摘要


雖然數位設備及資訊系統已大量被使用於資訊導覽上,但現存的導覽系統仍存在許多限制與問題,無法充分滿足使用者需求及提升使用體驗價值。本論文藉由了解使用者經驗、以系統化分析導覽需求、進而提出一新的導覽及推薦架構;再藉由評估現有資訊技術後,採用Zigbee等技術設計及實作一創新的導覽及推薦系統。本研究的貢獻包括:(1)系統化分析互動導覽需求及提出可擴充的系統架構;(2)提供可自動化之個人導覽系統;(3)系統克服傳統資訊導覽系統需近距離辨識導覽品的限制;(4)系統克服傳統資訊導覽系統無法適用於擁擠人潮的弱點;(5)系統可即時掌握使用者導覽動線並即時做適當推薦。本系統架構可擴充包含社群服務及其他情境感知服務;基於此系統設計,我們探討此類物聯網應用之安全及隱私需求。

Even though information devices and systems have been widely applied in guiding service for museums and exhibitions, there are still several critical requirements unsatisfied. In our research, we systematically examine the requirements, and then propose a new architecture for museum/exhibition guiding service; we then, based on Zigbee, proposed a new guide device design and a new guiding-and-recommendation system. This design conquers some weaknesses of extant guiding systems, and could be further extended to social interactions and context-aware applications. From this implementation, we discuss the security and privacy requirements of such an Internet-of-Thing (IOT) application.
