語文科師資培育班級經營之策略與實踐

To Inquire into Action Research of Professional Ability of Teacher Education and Classroom Management in the Language Comprehension

摘要


負責語文科師資培育教學已逾十載,第一次遇到如此冷漠的學生。收繳作業總是困難重重;授課時不知其學習興趣何在?得到的回應,或眼神冷漠,或噘嘴皺眉;開學時言明的教案寫作、教學專題報告,為何會翻盤不認?所有的課業規定,為何如此疐礙難行?「天下沒有不是的學生」。本文針對語文科師資培育之學生上課時冷漠態度,提出癥結所在與因應策略,藉行動研究法探究學生學習動機與情緒。全篇分作五部分,壹、教師成為教室管理領導者之必備能力,貳、從激發動機到連結類比的班級經營,參、重新檢視教師專業能力,肆、全班女生的「師嚴然後道尊」術,結語:教學是點一盞燈,不是填一隻桶。寫作方法(methodology)以教育學原理為經,語文教學實務為緯,經定緯成,並落實語文教師與時俱進之教學,激發學生努力於語文學習之心志。

This article inquires into the professional ability of teacher education and improvement of effective teaching. Faced with the current situation of language and literature teaching in Taiwan, the article concentrates on what is of basic importance. The methodology of writing applies educational theory and the practical affairs. Afterwards, it can create active learning environments for the teacher, students, and school at the campus. Further to improve the language proficiency of the Taiwanese students.
