低能量雷射照射對免疫調節功能和臨床上復發性口腔潰瘍療效之探討

The Immuno-modulation Effect of Low Level Laser Therapy in Various Wavelengths on Mice

摘要


本論文是想了解低能量雷射,對組織功能加強及免疫調節的效果,並利用此結果建立在臨床上有效之治療途徑。本實驗以小白鼠測試低能量雷射照射(Low level laser therapy (LLLT)),以三種不同功率對免疫調節功能的效果。低能量雷射照射後之OVA-特異性的T細胞增殖反應CD3T淋巴球比例在B、C、及D組的測值均比A高,且呈顯著差異,而CD19 B淋巴球則由A組(53.0%)到B組(53.5%)到C組(54.2%)到D組(54.9%)呈微量上升,但各組之問未達顯著性的差異。至於脾臟淋巴球表面有MHCⅡ者,也呈不顯著的微量上升狀態(A組64%→B組66.3%→C組67.0%→D組66.9%)。小白鼠在注射第二次OVA後4週時,取出脾臟T淋巴球以OVA刺激後,72小時內TNF-α被釋放到培養基的平均量是C組>D組>B組>A組,並且前三組均顯著高於A組,因此證明808 nm低能量雷射照射小白鼠腹部,脾臟T淋巴球於受抗原刺激時,會增加TNF-α細胞激素的分泌。遲發性過敏反應功能之評估,於72小時之後,所有組(尤其是雷射照射的B組、C組、及D組)都比同組0小時的平均值為高;而最重要是比起A組(控制組),B組、C組、及D組小白鼠的平均數值都有顯著增加,這代表遲發性過敏的(T細胞)專一性免疫反應會因雷射照射小白鼠腹部而增高。以雷射照射後多形核球吞噬金黃色葡萄球菌的非特異性免疫反應的實驗結果,發現吞噬細胞活性會增加,而增加的幅度是D組>C組>B組>A(控制組),且各組都顯著性的高於前一組數值,所以低能量雷射照射小白鼠腹部可增強吞噬細胞活性。

The purpose of this study was to assay the efficacy of low level laser therapy for the correlated to the humoral immunity and cellular immunity, and the application in clinical therapy. According to four experiments animal experiment of specific immunity and non- specific immunity respectively, the effect of remedy was validated whether or not it helps to adjust immunity by means of irradiating the abdomen of rat by low energy laser. The result showed that the irradiation of low energy laser 808 can promote the specific immunity and non-specific immunity respectively, the activity of phagocyte, the build up of antibody, and the increase of multiplication and activity of T cell. Therefore this method is a efficacy technique for treating innumo-abnomal disease patient.
