深水灌溉以提升配水效率之芻議

摘要


本研究希望透過農場經營規模擴大之推廣,使水田的用水管理不再只是維持「生產」的觀念,而是配合水利設施,改變農民用水習慣,增加水田蓄水功能,強化水田良好的溼地環境。 實施之方法,包括在雲林水利會水利會同仁的帶領下,於輪區中選定配合意願高且相鄰之坵塊,作為示範農區及試驗區。其次在進入整田作業前,協調示範區內之農民加高外圍田埂,將單區視為一完整之配水單元。依照深水栽培之構想,讓農民依照深水栽培進行田間用水管理,實際從事田間水稻生產。利用示範農戶生產出好的稻米,進而刺激周圍農戶加入示範區之行列。

The purpose of this study is to promote the enhancement of paddy functions through several methods: enlarging the scope of the operation unit, deepening the water level of the paddy, raising the storage capacity of the farm, and improving the drainage of the rural village. The project included choosing the paddy site, using this site as a model, and, with the permission of land owners, enlarging the experiment area by joining paddies to form larger experimental water distribution units. At this stage, the water level is deepened through deep-ponding irrigation. Through demonstrating the profitability of these changes, the study will encourage the spread of this teachnique to the adjacent farmers' land.
