創新地圖應用之分析

在複雜化的都市中行動，人類的空間認知由以往的人、事、物作為單位的判讀活動，改變為數字的編碼。儘管變得比較無情、冷漠，但相對地也比較理性、有效率、儲存量大、便利後續的發展等的優勢，使得現在地圖的重要性越趨重要。其重要性的情況，可以藉由其使用逐漸普遍化情形來獲得一些應證。如商店的宣傳品、活動、街道、車站、觀光地區、臨時活動等都需要各種不同的地圖、配置圖、路線圖、順序地圖、節目地圖、選擇性地圖等等…有了這些地圖可以清楚地告知使用者，活動舉辦的距離、位置、內容、性質、方向等。透過本研究了解使用者對於專題地圖內容資訊的需求性，提供日後傳統或是數位化地圖互動設計的依據。針對地圖使用形式，探討出專題地圖在使用性上的規範參考建議。鎖定同時含有掛圖（園區立牌導覽）、桌面圖（手持式導覽地圖）、地圖集（導覽手冊）三種之地點。鎖定台南府城之地點後採用非參與式觀察法分別紀錄使用者觀看三種地圖使用形式時的行為與問卷訪談法進行深入需求性的探討。最後，提出使用者操作使用之概念設計提供參考。
