灰關聯分析法輔助室內設計方案評選模式之建構

Grey Relational Method Aided Decision for Projects of Interior Design

摘要


傳統之規劃準則法(Planning Criteria Method)係使用相關規劃準則以評比規劃提案,對每一項規劃準則給予分數,最後加總各項得分作為整體分數為排序的依據,此方法簡單易操作,但規劃準則缺乏權重值的考量,極可能導致評價結果不夠精確(陳俊合,2007)。室內設計空間之品質取決於規劃設計良窳、不同裝修材料選擇、色彩之搭配運用、成本預算多寡與施工期間長短等關鍵因素,然當有不同替選方案可供抉擇時,如何評選較佳方案是值得研究之議題。 傳統方案評選之方式中,其方案矩陣中之權重值大小是以評定(或受訪)者主觀認定的方式所決定。然而灰關聯分析模式中之灰關聯矩陣是以標準序列與比較序列間之灰關聯度組成,其權重值是以該矩陣最大特徵值所對應的特徵向量(取絕對值)所構成,評選方式較為客觀,故以此模式能建立較為客觀之室內設計方案優選方式,可提供決策者在評定室內設計方案優先順序時之參考。

Traditional Methods of Planning Criteria use relational planning criteria to evaluate planning projects, make a score to each planning criteria, and finally to list different projects according to the order of total scores. This method is simple and easy to operate, but lack of weights when considering of planning criteria will result to not accurate in evaluated result. The space quality of interior design depends on the key factors of design, decoration materials, application of color, cost and time, etc. When there are different projects for choice, how to evaluation the better project is a issue deserved to study. Grey relational model is to investigate the degree of relation between relational series. The grey matrix can be established by relational degrees of different series. Furthermore by mean of eigenvalue method, we can calculate the eigenvector and different weights of each indicator. The project corresponding to the maximum eigenvalue in the matrix is the better project. This paper investigated the objective evaluation mode of interior design project based on grey relational model.
