社會工作專業長久以來面對畢業生僅約半數投入社工職場的人力資源流失狀況,造成社會工作專業人力的不足與高等教育資源的浪費。因此本研究嘗試從沒有選擇社會工作專業作爲職業、或者曾於社工界任職卻退出社工職場並從事它業的社會工作畢業生爲對象,透過滾雪球取樣取得有效訪談樣本8位,運用質性深入訪談方法,分析專業化體制、勞動條件、性別角色、社會期待等相關因素對社工畢業生抉擇投入專業工作與否之影響,作爲社會工作人力資源流失的狀況的探討與反思。 研究結果顯示,1.勞動條件與職業生涯承諾的保障不足(包括菁英取向的社工師執照問題)、2.專業價值的認同問題、3.專業角色與專業地位不彰,等因素與環境結構是造成社會工作職業抉擇的主要限制。
The problem that social work profession loses about 50% new grads to devote every year has existed for a long time. We found resources to be wasted in higher education and human resource to be short seriously in social work organizations. Deep interview of qualitative method was used in this research to analyze the factors influencing grads' career choices in social work departments. We Employed snowball sampling to find 8 participants with bachelor's degree of social work but not to devote to social work or used to be social workers. The research result showed that: 1. disquietude working condition and lacking of protection of career life, 2. problems of identification to professional value, 3. drawback of professional role and status, limited grads to be social workers.
