不同性別國小校長推動學校公共關係之研究

The Study on the Different Genders of the Elementary School Principals Managed the School Public Relation

摘要


本研究旨在探討不同性別國小校長如何推動學校公共關係,包括校長對學校公共關係的理念、運用策略、推動歷程中所面臨的優勢與困境及解決策略,期能透過嘉義縣兩位不同性別國小校長的實務經驗,提供教育行政單位及其他國小校長之參考。 本研究採用質性研究,以深度訪談及實地觀察方式蒐集資料,再加以歸納、分析後,得致以下結論: (一)國小校長不分性別其學校公共關係理念正面且積極 (二)學校公共關係需靠學校團隊用心經營學校共同推動 (三)校內公關與校外公關同樣重要 (四)推動學校公共關係之策略相當多元 (五)教職員學校公共關係能力仍有待加強 (六)家長社經地位落差大是一大困境 (七)女性校長受到較高的社會關注與社會規範影響推動學校公共關係策略 (八)家人的支持與協助是推動學校公共關係的一大助力 (九)女性校長把學校當成家來經營,重視溫馨的感覺,較有同理心。 (十)男性校長較理性訴求,強調公平、公開、透明化的處事方式。

This study was focused on the school public relation by different-gender principals in the elementary school. It included the principals' thinking, strategies, advantages, troubles, and solutions of the school public relation. The methods of this study used the qualitative research, and took the data by talking and observation survey. The findings are as the following: 1. The elementary school principals had a positive and energetic attitude to the school public relation. 2. The satisfactory school public relation was promoted by all the school members and teams to run at pains. 3. The internal and external school public relations were equally important. 4. To promote the devices of the school public relation had multiple ways. 5. The teaching and administrative staff's ability of school public relation had to be improved. 6. The discrepancy of the parental socioeconomic status was a big predicament. 7. The female principals were highly noticed by society and the social norm affected the strategies of promoting school public relation. 8. Family's support and assistance gave a positive power to promote school public relation. 9. The female principles ran the schools as their own families. They paid much attention to the feel of warmness and took others as their own. 10. he male principles were much more rational; they dealt matters with the emphasis on fairness, openness, and clearness.
