This study is aimed to explore the marine education syllabuses and the feasibility of the implementation of the national school's curriculum. The first is to explore the marine education policy evolution, Marine Education Policy White Paper, and the nine-year elementary and junior high school syllabus marine education issues at 100 academic year with in-depth analysis. The second is to finish the nine-year curriculum indicators along with Marine Education Policy White Paper connotation interdisciplinary. The researcher adapted interview and survey questionnaire to understand the current situation of the cases of marine education resource center. Besides, the researcher discussed five case schools' curriculum practice and transforming processes. Finally, this study provides some conclusions and suggestions for the future researches.
