足球運動發展概況與經營策略之探討

摘要

本研究旨在瞭解足球運動的演進情形與發展概況，並藉由瞭解當前足球運動的經營策略以分析未來足運經營策略之發展方向。本研究採用文獻分析法及內容分析法，將所蒐集之期刊、論文、雜誌、報紙等加以整理、歸納、解釋並輔以有關愛好足球人士之訪談內容加以分析作進行研究探討。 本研究結論如后： 我國足球發展在學校、社會體育各層面推展的方向，應妥善的規劃實施方法並培育相關專業足球人才，以協助社會體育蓬勃發展與跨足國際競技舞台。另一方面應促使各級學校普及落實實施足球教學與活動，協力建構學生足球運動「向下紮根、向上發展」的藍圖，建立永續發展之根基，以提昇我國足球競爭力，快速躍進世界足壇，開創新世紀足球運動蓬勃發展願景。

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the evolution and development of soccer sport and to analyze the direction of future soccer sport management strategy on the basis of it. Literature review and content analysis were selected as research methods to collect journals, research articles, magazines, newspapers and interviews with people involved in soccer sport for further discussions.
Suggestions from this research reflected the situations as follows:
The development of soccer sport in schools and the society in Taiwan requires well-planned projects for carrying out and cultivations of related soccer professions to assist it for international competitions. Furthermore, the government ought to spread and support soccer sport activities and education in every level of schools to establish the blue-printed soccer sport plan of solidifying the skills to younger students and popularizing it to the elder ones to increase the soccer competing capability in Taiwan. Moreover, we will be able to compete with other outstanding soccer teams in the world and to create a prosperous development of this sport in the twenty-first century.
