大學校院運動績優生學科教學對策析論

Discussion on Approaches toward Teaching Gifted College Athletes

摘要


本文從運動績優生的成長背景、學習特徵、人類吸收訊息的管道三方面論述運動績優生的學科教學對策,盼本文內容對學科教學能有正面貢獻。以下爲重要結語: 一、大學校院招收運動績優生就有責任輔導其課業,運動績優生的學習特徵有:深受教練領導模式影響、學習從感覺發展到知覺、吸收動態訊息的能力強於靜態,以上特徵對學科教師的教學及編排教材應有參考的價值。 二、學科教師有必要琢磨學科教學技巧來改善運動績優生學科學習能力及理解力較差的問題。 三、招收運動績優生的大學校院可利用課外輔導來補救運動績優生的課業。如招募碩、博士班學生來實施針對性課外輔導、建立學長、學弟責任制、運動教練與學科教師整合等,都是經濟又有效的課外輔導。

Based on background, learning style, and approach of acquiring the information of a gifted athlete, this article reviews approaches toward teaching gifted athletes and expects to make positive contributions to teaching. Conclusions are as follows: 1. It's the responsibilities of a college to offer gifted athlete assistance in schoolwork while recruiting them. Learning styles of gifted athletes include: be subjected to coach-centered mode, sensual perception prior to intellectual perception, and be more acceptable to dynamic information than static information. Mentioned styles shall be of assistance for school teaching and editing of teaching materials. 2. It's necessary that teachers hone their teaching methods to improve gifted athletes' inferior learning ability and comprehension. 3. Colleges that recruit gifted athletes take advantage of after-school programs to improve gifted athletes' academic performance. For instance to recruit master's and doctoral students to offer after-school instruction, to develop a responsibility system that seniors take care of juniors, and to integrate coaches and academic teachers are efficient ways to provide after-school programs.
