中部大專院校學生休閒運動生活型態與體育價值觀之相關探討

摘要

本研究，旨在探討大專校院學生之體育學習動機與休閒運動生活型態之間典型相關分析。以台灣中部大專院校學生為研究對象，採叢集抽樣方式進行研究，收集到636份有效問卷。將所得的資料，經典型相關分析驗證，結果發現：休閒運動生活型態之消費實用、觀賞娛樂、獨自享樂、人際關係、學習精進、健康適能、疏壓釋放、酬賞博奕等8個型態與身心健全發展、完整的人格塑造、人類生活貢獻等3個體育價值觀，具有2個典型相關存在。最後根據本研究的發現進行討論；並對未來研究方向提出進一步的建議。

This research was aimed to explore the life styles of sports creation and Physical Education value among colleague students for canonical correlation analysis. We took the colleague students from the mid-region of Taiwan as our experimental subjects the cluster sampling method was adopted for our research with 617 valid questionnaire responses received. After the collected data was analyzed by canonical correlation, we found it really came with canonical correlation among 8 life styles of sports creation such as consuming reality, emotional appreciation, entertainment, solitary enjoyment, interpersonal relationship, health fitness, stress release and gambling remuneration and 3 physical and mind development, complete personality mold, and the contribution of life. Finally, based on the research findings, the discussion was further posed and the upcoming research directions were also proposed.
