羽球技能運動訓練暨體能提升之探討

A Study on the Effectiveness of Badminton Skills Training and Physical Fitness Improvement

摘要


本研究旨在探討健全的羽球技能運動訓練及正確的體能運動知識,是否能有效提升羽球俱樂部會員擁有良好的健康體能。本研究採用SPSS軟體,進行成對樣本t檢定,用以檢視羽球俱樂部會員在接受羽球技能運動訓練前、後,對體適能之影響是否具有顯著差異。本研究針對87位羽球俱樂部會員在經過一系列之羽球技能運動訓練前、後,分別對屈膝仰臥起坐(一分鐘)(p值<0.01)、伏地挺身(一分鐘)(p值<0.01)、三分鐘登階(p值<0.01),以及坐姿體前彎(p值<0.01)等四項體適能進行測驗。研究結果顯示羽球俱樂部會員在接受羽球技能運動訓練後,確實能藉由羽球運動所具備之有氧運動特性維持及增進心肺功能。同時,羽球運動兼具無氧運動特性,亦能有助於俱樂部會員們增強肌力、肌耐力、心肺耐力、協調性及敏捷性。此外,羽球運動富含的競賽趣味性,也能有效吸引老中青等不同年齡層級之大眾願意投入。希望本研究結果能用以提升規律運動人口質量,輔導羽球會館內老中青參與者獲取正確運動知能,培養規律的運動習慣,協助羽球俱樂部會員們透過運動享有身、心及社會層面的促進效益,未來希冀可作為各項運動協會與相關學術單位教學內容的編配設計之參考。

This study was to discuss the effectiveness of badminton skills training and physical fitness improvement. This study conducted a paired-samples t-test by SPSS to investigate whether the 87 participants in the badminton club have a sound physical fitness improvement after a series of badminton skills training. From the empirical analysis of the bent knee sit-ups test (p-value <0.01), push-up test (p-value <0.01), 3-minute step test (p-value <0.01) and forward bending test (p-value <0.01), this study was found the participants improve cardiopulmonary function, enhance muscle strength, muscle endurance, cardio endurance, coordination and agility through the well-planned badminton-training program with a basic sports knowledge. The conclusions of this study not only improve the sports quality, but also provide correct sports knowledge for cultivating regular exercise habits, as well as enjoy the benefits of body, mind and society. Thus, this study suggested designing more teaching materials and learning resources as a reference for sports practitioners and other academic organizations.
