The Application of Feedback in Sport Training and Competition

摘要


本研究之目的是在探討回饋在運動訓練及比賽時的應用。方法:本研究採用文獻分析法來解讀不同的回饋種類及其功能,以使教練(或體育教師)更加了解如何在訓練及比賽時有效的應用不同的回饋方式以提升學習者(或選手)的運動表現。結果:根據相關文獻,本研究發現共有九種不同的回饋方式。結論:教練(或體育教師)在使用回饋時,應注意學習者(或選手)的人格特質及技術水準而使用不同的回饋方式以提升其運動表現。

The purposes of this study were to explore the applications of feedback in sport training and competition. Methods: Literature analysis method was adopted to understand the types and functions of feedback in order to let the coaches (teachers of physical education) to realize how to apply different feedbacks in training and competition. and to promote the learners' (players') sport performance. Results: According to the related literature, this study discovered nine types of feedback. Conclusion: The coaches (teachers of physical education) should know how to use different feedbacks for the learners (players) with different personality traits and skill levels in order to promote their sport performance.
