以逆向熱洩漏法建立評估冰箱箱體保溫效能之指標

Establish the Insulation Index of Refrigerator Cabinet with Reverse Heat Loss Methodology

摘要


冰箱是近代相當重要的產物之一,也是一項耗能的家電產品。從過去的文獻記載中可以看出,良好的保溫材料可以有效降低冰箱的熱負載,進而達到節能的目的。然而在目前我國的家電冰箱製造廠商中,冰箱箱體保溫效能評估的方法及其指標尚未完整建立。本研究設計了一套低成本且簡易的冰箱箱體保溫效能評估方法與指標,不但可用於判斷冰箱箱體的保溫效果,並可推估與之匹配之壓縮機容量大小。由於本研究所建立的方法容易執行且無須花費鉅額成本,所以相信對於業界廠商來說本評估機制應可樂於為業界廠商所接受與應用。

The refrigerator/freezer is a remarkable and energy-consumption domestic product in the modern time. From open literature, we knew that the thermal load of a refrigerator/freezer could be reduced effectively and to save energy by insulation material with low conductivity. Meanwhile, the methodology and respective evaluation index of the cabinet performance of household refrigerator/freezer is not established by now in Taiwan. This article describes an easy way to estimate the insulation performance of refrigerator cabinet without high cost. With the method depicted in this article, we can choose a suitable compressor with available capacity for the refrigerator developing. Due to low cost and easy to qualify for the cabinet, this testing procedure would be popular for the manufacturers of refrigeration to follow.
