冷熱電三生系統發展綜論

Combined Cooing, Heating and Power System Development: A Review

摘要


由於高效率且深具節能潛力,因此「汽電共生(Combined Heat and Power, CHP)」系統在包括台灣的世界各地應用十分廣泛,本文所研究的「冷熱電三生(Combined Cooling, Heating and Power, CCHP)」系統是CHP系統另加製冷(Cooling)機制,使得其整體效率更加提升,額外的功能更加深其應用領域,尤其是台灣夏天空調用電占尖峰負載四成,高效率、節能且低排放的CCHP早已應用在大型建築與產業當中。藉由相關文獻資料的收集,本文介紹CCHP系統的相關操作原理、主要設施與系統配置之外,同時針對美國、英國和中國大陸此三個主要國家之CCHP系統的推廣情況進行深入研析,謹供我國冷凍空調業界諸位先進參考。

Due to high efficiency and tremendous energy-saving potential, Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems have comprehensively used in the world, including Taiwan. The CCHP (Combined Cooling, Heating and Power) system studied by this paper further includes CHP system with cooling mechanism, making the CCHP system not only enhance the overall efficiency, but also characterized with extra features, such that its application is deepened. Especially in Taiwan, the electricity used by air-conditioners accounts for forty percent in summer peak load, so the CCHP with high efficiency, energy conservation and low-emissions has already penetrated into the large buildings and industries in Taiwan. By collecting the relevant literatures, this paper introduces the CCHP system's relative operation principle, the main facilities and system configurations. Meanwhile, the CCHP promotion cases in the United States, the UK and China, three main countries, are also analyzed as well.
