台灣綠建築EEWH評估法用於既有商辦大樓節能改善分析

Taiwan Green Building EEWH Assessment Used in Energy Saving Analysis for Existing Office Building

摘要


本論文以北部某辦公大樓節能改善案例為標的,以eQUEST建立整體建築模型,由場堪蒐集得資料輸入eQUEST分析軟體內,以不同的空調設備模型及不同之控制手法,模擬分析改善前及改善後全年之耗電,並對參數作互相比較。EEWH-RN用於評估既有建築對節能項目評分占比甚高,故本研究以該建築空調系統提出節能改善手法,分別針對空調主機系統、水側及空氣側三大部分提出節能手段。本研究案例冰水主機並未更換,只將原先儲冰鹵水水路及水泵一併移除,新設置的二次側冰水水路則加入變頻控制,另外在空氣側部分則新設末端變風量箱(VAV BOX),並利用TAB工程使室內風量分佈更加均勻。本研究結果用於EEWH綠建築評估中的EEWH-RN舊建築改善類,進行節能分析並利用減碳效益評估法推算出最大減碳潛力(CEc)及減碳效益百分比(ΔCRr)。結果顯示,改善後空調耗能節省了646,200kWh/yr,占建築物總耗能8.37%,占空調耗能則為18.34%。由EEWH-RN評估得知最大減碳潛力(CEc)為3084167.9 kg-CO2/yr;減碳效益517090 kg-CO2/yr百分比(ΔCRr)為16.76 %,等級為銀級綠建築。本研究案例只針對空調耗能做節能改善,即可獲銀級綠建築,顯示空調節能之重要性。

An office building in northern Taiwan that just underwent energy saving retrofitting was taken to be the case study. Energy model for that building was setup with eQUEST. Input of building data for eQUEST was collected on site. The performance and control models of the air-conditioning system before and after the retrofitting were used in the analysis. Comparison was carried out for energy use and for influencing parameters before and after the retrofitting. EEWH-RN is used to evaluate existing buildings and emphasizes on energy saving. Means to save energy were studied for the chiller, the water-side and the air-side system. In the case study water chiller was not replaced but the ice storage system, and therefore renovated piping and variable speed water pumps were analyzed. TAB was applied to optimize the air-side system including the VAV boxes. EEWH-RN evaluates energy saving in terms of carbon emission reduction potential (CEc) and the carbon reduction ratio (ΔCRr). The results show that the airconditioning energy saving is 646,200kWh, accounting for 8.37% total building energy, and is 18.34% for the air- conditioning system. The carbon emission reduction potential (CEc) is calculated to be 3,084,167.9 (kg-CO2/yr), and the carbon reduction is 517090 kg-CO2/yr, ΔCRr is calculated to be 16.76%. The results correspond to the silver grade green building. In the case study only the air-conditioning system was retrofitted and silver grade green building was achieved. The results show the importance of airconditioning energy saving.
