綠建築的風潮襲捲全球,2002年9月於挪威奧斯陸舉辦的永續建築國際研討會集結了六十餘個國家,約一千餘位代表熱烈參與。全球社會已逐漸認識到,日益快速發展的經濟給環境帶來的巨大壓力。欲達成永續發展的願景,從建築的角度來思維,就是希望居住得更加健康、更加舒適、更加安全,同時能夠高效節約資源、能源、土地、水、材料,最大限度地降低對環境的影響。 台灣自1999年實施綠建築標章以來,已累積不少綠建築實施經驗。本論文探討台中市綠建築發展現況與評估調查。以往建築規劃的重心著重在型構簡單與基本功能之滿足等,甚少從生態、節能、減廢、健康之生態性與永續性角度進行規劃。綠建築之實施改變以往之設計觀點,所以本論文將探討台中市綠建築現況,以實際案例調查與相關從業人員訪談,瞭解目前綠建築現況,並進而探求可改善之方向與建議。 論文研究顯示:相關從業人員對綠建築概念均予高度肯定,然對其實質內涵與相關綠建築技術仍嫌陌生,顯見綠建築教育與推廣之重要性。 由於台中市為人口高密度且腹地廣闊,因此如能有效實施綠建築內涵,對整體社會落實綠建築制度將有帶動之效。希望本論文之研究成果有助於未來台中市綠建築之評估與推動,進而對永續都市之建構產生助益。
Green Building becomes a fad around the whole world. The Sustainable Building 2002 Conference in Oslo Norway attracted more then 1000 delegates from over 60 countries. The global society gradually realized the enormous pressure of environment which was impacted by the fast-developing economy. To reach the vision of sustainable development, from the angle of architecture, the thinking is to hope living more healthily, more comfortable, more safe, and also to efficiently economize the resource, energy, land, water, material, and highly reduce the impact on environment. Since Taiwan implemented Green Building from 1999, it already accumulated many experiences of green building practices. This thesis is to survey and evaluate green building development in Taichung City. The focus of building design was emphasized on simple structure and basic capability in the past. It was few to design from ecological and sustainable aspect, such as ecology, energy reservation, waste reduction, and health element. The implement of green building changes old design viewpoints. As a result, this thesis is to explore and understand present situation of the green buildings via real case investigations and interviews with related workers. Additionally, we try to explore improvable policies and suggestions. The research shows the related jobholders give highly positive appreciations on green buildings. However, they are not familiar with the essence and related technology about the green buildings. It shows apparently the importance of education and promotion on green buildings.Taichung City is highly populated and of broad region. Hence, if the essence of green building can be practiced efficiently, it will be good to promote green building system in the whole society. I hope the results of this research can benefit the estimations and advances of green buildings in Taichung City, and can further provide aid to sustainable city construction.
