摘要

水泥工業可視為內需型產業，當國家進行重大建設中扮演級為重要的角色。在我國工業部門中能源消耗佔比約為4.4%(民國101年)。根據國際相關水泥工業之節能建議，對於水泥製品製造過程中，生料準備之能源效率改善手段，可包含：採用替代生料、高效率研磨機、高效率分離器與篩選器與高效率物質混合等。本文將針對水泥工業有關於生料準備階段之能源效率改善手段進行介紹與淺談。

Cement industry is one of the industrial sectors of Taiwan and is also one of the energy intensive industries. In Taiwan, cement industry consumes about 4.4% of total industrial sector’s energy consumption. Therefore, energy saving is the key issues for energy demand management in the industrial sector. Energy efficiency improvements in raw material preparation include: alternative raw material, high-efficiency roller mills, high-efficiency separators and classifiers and efficient meal blending. This paper introduces various issues related to improvement in energy efficiency for cement industry.
