本文以在台灣、中國及美國發表之軸流扇葉設計類專利進行檢索及相關重要專利分析,包含關鍵字選擇、檢索及篩選,並藉由摘要分析、技術功效矩陣來分析取得未來專利佈局方向建議。由分析中可以發現軸流扇葉技術專利主要布局於風機效率增強、導流外型及結構降噪,而體積薄型化方向之專利較少發表,建議未來布局軸流扇葉專利可以往較少研發之方向進行。
This patent novelty searching report covers patents on axial fans in Taiwan, the U.S.A, and China. Selected patents were analyzed. The analysis includes keywords selection, patents searching and filtering, technology-effect matrix arrangement, and patent mapping suggestions. Selected patents were sorted by the technology-effect matrix including three technologies and six effects. According to the analysis, most of the technologies are focused on improving fan system performance, air deflector structure, and structure-borne noise. However, miniaturization of axial fans is rarely stated in those patents. Therefore, downsizing for axial fans are recommend for future study.
