無機塡充材對PE/PET廢纖板之阻燃效果

Flameproof Effect of PE/PET Junk Plank

摘要


本研究採用聚酯廢纖維爲強化材,以熱可塑性聚乙烯塑膠爲基材,依各種不同的比例進行粉碎、乾混後,再摻入不同比例的無機塡充材,經加熱混練、熱壓等工程製成廢纖板,探討不同的強化材/基材比例、塡充材比例對阻燃性及發煙量的影響。以期找出最適合作爲防火裝璜板的成型條件,將來能應用於室內裝璜材,既能達到廢棄物回收再利用,亦能於火災發生時減少損及傷害,由實驗結果得知其最佳之成型條件爲PET含量爲50%、矽藻土含量40%。

The thermoplastic polyethylene (PE) was used as the matrix mixing with polyester (PET) waste fiber in this study After cutting and mixing with different ratio of reinforced materials and matrix, we added different weight ratio of Diatomaceous Earth By cutting, mixing, and hot pressing the sample, we aimed the probe into the sample to measure the influence of different ratio of reinforcement, matrix and Diatomaceous Earth on the flameproof effect and smoke density of the sample. The goal was to find the best treatment condition for building materials, in the hope that the sample can be used as building materials. The results indicated that the best treatment condition was found in the weight ratio of 50% PET and 40% Diatomaceous Earth.
