摘要

本研究之主要目的在於瞭解中華大學學生之輔導需求、師生對導師輔導工作的看法及學生之輔導需求與師生互動之關係，藉此對當前的輔導制度的實施現況提出客觀且具體的評論與建議，供本校日後推動導師輔導工作之參考。爲達成上述目的，首先透過文獻探討，研析大學教育與導師制之相關理論與實證研究，作爲本研究之理論架構,；其次自編「中華大學導師輔導工作調查表」作爲調查工具：樣本取自中華大學師生，導師有效卷共105份，學生有效卷共1212份。本研究調查所得資料經人數、百分比及卡方列聯表分析之後，獲得以下之發現： 一、大部分學系實施的導師制爲「雙導師制」及「單導師制」。導師及學生認爲理想的導師制爲「家族制」。 二、導師擔任導師之意願則多爲願意。而學生感受到導師之態度爲以可溝通者爲最多其次爲關心的。 三、評鑑項目理想上則以「導生滿意度」爲最主要。至於是否應將是否將評鑑結果列作升等之參考項目則否定者略多於贙成者。 四、導師理想上希望辦理專題的座談，而應優先辦理的主題則以生活輔導爲最主要其次爲認識自我再次之爲生涯輔導及心理諮商。 五、導師認爲學生最需協助之項目爲課業問題而最難解決者爲感情困擾。 六、導師對師生互動之滿意度大致爲滿意。然而大多數學生則對師生之互動感到無所謂，同時表示沒有找過導師輔導者多達六成以上。若需協助以同學朋友爲最先的主要求助對象。而不找導師協助的最主要原因是導師太忙。 七、老師及學生皆認爲導師之主要角色爲課業解惑者。理想上則希望導師扮演諮商者及談天對象。

The purpose of this reach is to understand the demand of Chung Hua University student on counseling, and the opinion of teacher and student about counseling, and the interaction of student and teacher on counseling system. Then, as a reference for school future developing tutoring system, we want to provide a suggestion from an objective view and concrete comment about the present tutor system from this research.
To achieve our goal, first, we study and analyze the relevant research and theories of university education with tutor system as the theory structure of this research. Second, we make 'The questionary of tutor system in Chung Hua University' as tool, the samples come from teachers and students of Chung Hua University, there are 105 available from tutors and 1212 from students. The result of this research is as we described in this essay.
