Recently, organizational promise is gaining attention because of its being regarded as the main potential element of members' performances and the rates of staying and rates of presence. A school is an official organization and such factors as if teachers identify the school, if they have a will to devote themselves to the school, and if they would like to spend much time staying at the school and doing well on their jobs, are important keys to affect the school's achievements of its educational goals. Therefore, this study introduces issues on organizational promise and further suggests ways of improving teachers' organizational promise and organizational effects.
