學校組織創新氛圍之探析

摘要

創新不只是突破或是新奇，創新的目的更在於價值的創造，而學校組織的創新，就是擺脫傳統困頓的舊思維，以全新的氣象、嶄新的作爲來發展學校的特色、突破學校現有的困境、達成學校的教育目標。本文乃探析學校組織創新氛圍及其相關研究，進而提出具體可行的建議，期望促進學校組織營造創新氛圍。

Innovation not only makes a breakthrough or is just a novelty, but its goal lies in the creation of the value. Besides, the innovation of school organization is to get rid of the traditional old thought, and make the brand-new atmosphere and achievement to develop the school characteristic, break through the difficult position of school in existence, and achieve educational goal of school. This article searches the new atmosphere of school organizational innovation and some of the related researches. Then it proposes specifically the feasible suggestions and expects to promote the school organization to build the new atmosphere of innovation.
