學習型國民小學指標建構與發展策略之研究

摘要


在這瞬息萬變資訊發達的時代,傳統教師的知識傳授已經無法應付知識爆炸的時代,教師必須不斷的終身學習,而自我的學習永遠趕不資訊的進步,因此,必須藉助團體的學習,而學習型組織恰恰是最佳的學習方法,應用到老師身上最好的方法就是建立學習型學校。本文探究的是學習型國民小學指標的建構與發展策略,其實在教改的衝擊下,許多的國民小學已經有許多的因應措施;不知不覺的已經往學習型學校發展。本文是從施行學習型組織的國民小學就是學習型國民小學的定義進行研究,而學習型學校又受組織學習的影響,而組織學習又和組織文化息息相關,經過文獻探討後,學習型國民小學的目標就是追求學生的學習成長、提高老師教學品質、增進整體的學校效能。學習型國民小學的指標分爲一、學習結構:建立共同願景、開放自由的學習環境。二、學習資源:建立學習資源系統。三、學習歷程:團隊學習、系統學習、改善心智模式及持續轉化的過程。四、學習的結果:創造有效的學習、自我超越及創新的能力。國民小學可以以這些指標來檢視是否朝學習型國民小學邁進,同時也建議學校以成立各種學習團隊、重視學校學習文化、整合社區、善教師專長、學校領導者的領導、增進教師專業自主權的方法,讓學校塑造出學習的文化,每位成員都熱愛學習,並轉化學習、創造學習,進而成爲學習型學校。

In this fast changing information developed time, the traditional teacher's knowledge instruction already was unable to deal with knowledge explosion the time, the teacher must the unceasing lifelong study, but the self- study forever did not catch up with the information progress, therefore, had with the aid of association's study, but the study organization exactly was the best study method, applied teacher on the body the best method establishes the study school. This article inquires into is the study national elementary school target constructs the construction and the development strategy, actually under educational reform the impact, many nationals elementary schools already had many in accordance to measure, unconsciously already toward study school development. This article is is the study national elementary school's definition conducts the research from the execution study organization's national elementary school, but the study school receives the histology custom the influence, but organizes to study is closely linked with the organization culture, after the process literature discussion, the study national elementary school's goal is pursues student's study to grow, to enhance teacher the teaching quality, promotes the whole the school potency. The study national elementary school's target divides into one, the study structure: The establishment hopes the scenery, the opening free learning environment together. Second, study resources: Establishment study resources system. Third, study course: The team studies the process which, the system study, the improvement mental pattern and continues to transform. Fourth, study result: Creates the effective study, self-surmounting and the innovation ability. The national elementary school may by these targets inspect whether makes great strides forward towards the study national elementary school, simultaneously also suggested the school establishes each kind of study team, takes the school study culture, the conformity community, the friendly teacher specialty, the school leader's leadership, promotes the teacher specialized right to independence the method, lets the school mold the study the culture, each members all deeply love the study, and the transformed study, the creation study, then becomes the study school.
