摘要

本研究旨在探究以空間規劃營造學習型學校之個案探究。透過文獻探討及訪談法邀請建築師和教育人員二種訪談對象及個案學校成員進行訪談，彙整出學習型學校的校園空間規劃應具備之面向與內容，及營造學習型學校的空間規劃策略。
本研究發現營造學習型學校歷經四個歷程：足夠的事前心理準備；打破原有思想框架建立全新思維模式重新學習；試做、檢視問題再檢討；檢討、評鑑再修正建立新模式。根據研究結論並提出校園空間規劃營造學習型學校的具體策略供學校之參考。

The Subject of this study is a case of using space planning in construction learning-school through spatial planning. Related literature was first reviewed, and interview with architects, educators, and staff in the case school was conducted to find the spatial elements of a learning school as well as the campus space planning strategies for creating a learning school.
Results showed that creating a learning school involved four phases, including having sufficient mental preparation, breaking through the existing framework of mind and building a brand new thinking model for re-learning, examining problems after implementing the model, and evaluating and modifying the model to create a new model. Based on research results, this study also proposed some campus space planning strategies for creating a learning school.
