知識領導對幼兒園所長領導行為之探討

摘要


台灣社會隨著少子化效應,幼教產業所面臨的衝擊與嚴峻挑戰是不可避免。21世紀又是一個以知識取勝、以知識建構優勢的世紀,知識將成為組織的新競爭利器。現今,幼兒園所能否保有原有特色文化及提升競爭優勢已成為是否能永續經營的重要關鍵。幼兒園所領導者如何型塑幼教師們的學習環境與組織文化,妥善應用知識相關資源,並發揮領導影響力去引領幼教師們保有優良工作品質及提升專業知識乃為重要的課題,而從知識管理的首要輔助活動就是知識領導,正有如此特質。故此,本文旨在透過文獻分析法,探討知識領導的意義,深入暸解知識領導的基本概念與策略,最後提出「創新典範」、「制度規範」、「人力資源」、「資訊設施」、「知識分享」、「成效評估」等六個具體策略,提供幼兒園所長領導行為的參考。

With the effects of low birth rate in Taiwan society, the impact of early childhood education industry faced serious challenges are inevitable. 21st century is a knowledge-win advantage in the century of knowledge construction, knowledge will become the organization's new competitive weapon. Now Kindergartens can keep the original characteristics and culture and enhance the competitive advantage it has become the key to sustainable development. How Leaders kindergartens teachers shape the child's learning environment and organizational culture, proper application of knowledge related resources. And leadership influence to lead the child to keep good teachers and improve the quality of the work of professional knowledge is an important issue. Have such characteristics are that Knowledge management from the primary activity is knowledge-Ied aid. Therefore, this paper aims to document analysis Knowledge of the meaning of leadership, Knowledge and understanding of the basic concepts of leadership and strategy. Finally, the author proposed ”innovation model”, ”system standard ”, ”human resources ”, ”information infrastructure”, ”knowledge sharing”, ”effectiveness evaluation” and six specific strategies to provide a reference to nursery director of the Leadership.
