The purpose of this study was to use the PETPF method to explore the observation system of Ministry of education of infant sports game practice pattern plan rhythm seminar teaching behaviors. The object of the study was the rhythm of workshop teachers, the teaching experience for 15 years. After induction and analysis, obtained the following results: (1) the main function of teachers' behavior to guide the activities, through the guidance of activity will teach students complete rhythm action; (2) the execution of a function in the implementation of both teachers and students through teachers while teaching so that students learn to make it a effective learning rhythm; (3) the teacher's behavior in a group or the whole class of students as the main body; (4) teachers' behavior of most of the way to speak for the entire teaching center.
