教師教學行為分析-以教育部幼兒運動遊戲實施計畫律動研習會為例

摘要


本研究目的是利用PETPF系統觀察法來探討教育部幼兒運動遊戲實施計畫律動研習會教師教學行為之型態。研究對象為律動研習會之授課教師,其教學年資為15年。經過歸納及分析後,得到以下結果:一、教師行為的功能主要以指導性活動為主,透過指導性活動將律動動作完整的教給學員;二、功能的執行者以師生共同執行透過教師一邊進行教學使學員一邊學習使其有效的學習律動;三、教師行為的對象則以一群或全班學生為主體;四、教師行為的方式大多以說話為整個教學重心。

The purpose of this study was to use the PETPF method to explore the observation system of Ministry of education of infant sports game practice pattern plan rhythm seminar teaching behaviors. The object of the study was the rhythm of workshop teachers, the teaching experience for 15 years. After induction and analysis, obtained the following results: (1) the main function of teachers' behavior to guide the activities, through the guidance of activity will teach students complete rhythm action; (2) the execution of a function in the implementation of both teachers and students through teachers while teaching so that students learn to make it a effective learning rhythm; (3) the teacher's behavior in a group or the whole class of students as the main body; (4) teachers' behavior of most of the way to speak for the entire teaching center.
