摘要

閩臺地區王爺信仰相當普遍，送王船更是其重要民俗活動。送王船有兩種，「遊天河」是燒王船，「遊地河」是使王船隨海波逐流至下一個地點。然而，當王爺不想走時，當地居民就會將王爺迎上岸，並建廟祭祀，社靈廟的由來即是如此，並發展出特有的不燒不送的海上遊江，2010年代廟方更將其海上遊江、陸上遊江／陸上遶境、千秋聖誕繞境、宴王等活動，先以王爺千秋祭，後以王船文化祭進行推廣，讓更多民眾瞭解和平島在地宗教文化。本文主要是針對王船文化祭的舉行過程加以論述，並從中爬梳出象徵王船文化祭的物件、意象、符號、元素等，成為文創商品設計重要內容，並以相關文創商品為例，為地方創生找出一條可行性方案，最後對王船文化祭被指定為國家重要民俗活動的可能性進行探討。

Wang Ye worship is a popular folk religion across Fujian and Taiwan, and one of its representative folk events is the "Sending off the King Boat" ceremony. The ceremony is performed in two forms: "Voyage to the River of Heaven," which means burning the King Boat, and "Voyage to the River of Earth," which means launching the King Boat into the sea and sending it drifting to the next location. However, there were times when Wang Ye did not wish to leave, local residents ushered Him ashore and built temples to worship Him. This explained the establishment of the Sheling Temple, which has further developed a unique form of ceremony -- King Boat Procession on the Sea (without burning or sending off the boat). During the 2010s, the Sheling Temple successively organized Wang Ye's 1000th Birthday Celebration and the King Boat Cultural Festival to promote its various events, including the King Boat Procession on the Sea, King Boat Procession on Land/Wang Ye Pilgrimage on Land, the Celebration Pilgrimage of Wang Ye' s 1000th Birthday, and Banquet for Wang Ye. Through these events, the Sheling Temple sought to familiarize more people with the local religious culture of Heping Island. This study mainly discusses the celebration process of the King Boat Cultural Festival and further sorts out the objects, images, symbols, and elements therefrom that symbolize the festival and become a critical part of cultural and creative product design. Moreover, with relevant cultural and creative products taken as an example, this study finds out a feasible scheme for regional revitalization and explores the possibility for the King Boat Cultural Festival to be designated as an important national folk event.
