Transactional Leadership and Transformational Leadership

This article discusses what transactional leadership and transformational leadership are from the review of literatures and proposes the differences of two leadership theories. Let all leaders should understand these two leaderships and use them in the right time at the right place to inspire the followers' potential for the organizations.
