休閒運動組織從業人員工作滿意量表之編製

The Establishment of Recreation and Sport Organizations Employee's Job Satisfaction Questionnaire

摘要


本研究目的旨在發展一份適合休閒運動產業所使業的從業人員工作滿意量表,並以探索性因素分析考驗量表的適合度。研究共分為二個階段,第一階段先採用工作滿意量表部分採用陳英彬(2006)修改自Smith, Kendall和Hulin(1969)之「工作描述指標」(JDI),並以台南與高雄縣市觀光遊憩設施業、觀光旅館業與運動健身俱樂部從業人員作為研究對象,運用主成分分析法篩選題項。第二階段為正式量表施測,以休閒運動產業1480位從業人員為研究對象進行抽樣,得到有效樣本458份,工作滿意量表各構面之Cronbach's α係數介於0.8971-0.7350,而總量表的Cronbach's α係數值為0.9123,再採用探索性因素分析方法,以驗證量表之建構效度。使用SPSS 10.0版之主成分分析法,將原量表之27個題項刪除為25個題項後投入分析,並取得特徵值最大的五個構面,經由Varimax法轉軸後,休閒運動產業從業人員工作滿意量表包含工作、薪資、升遷、直屬上司與同事等構面的解釋變異量介於58.54-68.02%,整體量表之解釋變異量為62.84%。顯示本量表具有可接受的信、效度。可供未來作為休閒運動產業從業人員人格特質的測量工具。

The purpose of this study was to establish a questionnaire that is adapted for the employees who work in the recreation and sport industry, then to analyze and test the adaptability with the explorative factors analysis. There were two phases of this research; the job satisfaction questionnaire developed by Chen, Y.B. (2006), which was a revised version of the ”Job Description Indicator” (JDI) established by Smith, Kendall and Hulin (1969), was partially adopted in the first phase of this study, and an object of this study was sampled from the employees of the tourism and recreation facilities and sport and fitness clubs in the areas of Tainan City and County and Kaohsiung City and County; the major factor analysis was adopted to sift questions for developing the questionnaire. In the second phase, the questionnaire was officially tested in this stage. The subject of this study was the 1480 employees sampled from the recreation and sport industry, and the number of valid sample is 458; the Cronbach's α coefficient of each aspect of the job satisfaction questionnaire is between 0.8971~0.7350, and the Cronbach's α coefficient of the overall questionnaire is 0.9123. It was then proceeded to test the constructional validity by using explorative factor analysis. The major factor analysis of the SPSS 10.0 Edition was applied to reduce 27 questions to 25questions then to be analyzed during the procedure, and got the 5 aspects that had the most significant values. After translated by Varimax, the value of the explanatory variables of the employee's job satisfaction questionnaire in the recreation and sport industry, covering the aspects of work, salary, promotion, the direct supervisor, co-worker, and etc., is between 58.54~68.02%, and the value of the explanatory variables of the overall questionnaire is 62.84%. The results show that the questionnaire has acceptable liability and validity, and is able to be applied as the measurement of employee's characteristics of the recreation and sport industry in the future.
