This study aimed to investigate the recent situation of subjective well-being of the engineers in Hsinchu Science Park. The participants were 249 engineers and the convenience sampling was used. The instrument is ”Subjective Well-Being Scale”. Collected data was analyzed quantitatively in terms of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test and Pearson correlation. The results of the research could offer some suggestions for the management of Hsinchu Science Park. The results of the study were as follows:1. The participants of the study were mainly males. Nearly 50 percentage of participants were between the age of 26 and 30.86 percentage of participants were not married. Most of the participants' salaries are between 600 to 700 thousand NT dollars a year. Most of the participants' leisure types are public media.2. Participants with different gender, salaries, and leisure types were not significant in ”Subjective Well-Being Scale.” (p> .05)3. Participants with different age were significantly different in the ”Confidence” and ”Well-Being” aspects of ”Subjective Well-Being Scale.” (p< .05)4. Participants with different marital status were significantly different in the ”Confidence” aspect of ”Subjective Well-Being Scale.” (p< .05)
